#blessed

Hey fam :)

Lately I've been thinking about how blessed I am to do what I do. Even though I am not at the point in my career where I do music full-time yet, it's a privilege to work in music. Since moving to Philly, I've made more money from my music than I have in my entire career thus far. That's f**king insane.

But it also tells me that I'm on the right track. I'm in the right place, making the right moves, connecting with the right people. What a privilege.

I'm so grateful and honored to be blessed with a supportive fanbase, family, and friends. To everyone who has been with me since I put out Life Is Short in 2018, thank you. To those of you who are just now joining The Fleet, thank you for being here and welcome to the fam. :)

I've been working on smaller projects lately and it's been just the right balance of music + fun + life for me right now. The EP is coming soon, don't worry lol. I'm working on that, too. But I've been growing through an evolutionary change within myself, and that process has taken precedence.

I can't rush the change, just like I can't force the lyrics to come. These changes are unleashing parts of me that have been in hibernation for my entire life, some that I wasn't even fully aware of. And though their tired eyes are slowly opening, their bellies are insatiably starving. I'm feeding and experimenting on different facets of life, binging new styles and crude humored tv. I'm becoming more myself. And it's wildly amazing and freeing.

Anyways, thanks for reading my gratitude rant. Thanks for being on this journey with me. And what a journey it is indeed.

Stay safe everyone :)

xoxo
